Terms of Service
Terms governing access to and use of Digital Marketing Manager.

These Terms of Service apply to Digital Marketing Manager, operated by Toledo Web Designs. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and represent that you are authorized to act for the Chamber, member, or business account you access.
Authorized use
You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes and only with information, websites, profiles, and provider accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
Connected services
When you connect Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or another provider, you authorize the platform to access only the permissions displayed during that provider's consent process. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies. You may disconnect a provider at any time.
Chamber and member responsibilities
Chambers are responsible for the member information they upload and for assigning appropriate access. Members are responsible for information and connected business accounts managed through their dashboards. Users must not upload confidential or personal information that is unnecessary for the platform's business functions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, introduce malicious code, evade security controls, scrape the service, impersonate another person or business, or use reviews and reports for deceptive or unlawful purposes.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may change as the platform develops, and third-party provider availability may affect connected functionality.
Reports and recommendations
Website reviews, scores, monitoring results, and recommendations are informational business guidance. They do not guarantee search rankings, revenue, legal compliance, security, accessibility compliance, or a particular marketing result.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to protect users, connected services, or platform security; address misuse; comply with law; or enforce these terms. Account data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Toledo Web Designs is not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of third-party providers, or for business decisions made solely from automated reports.
